Jamie McFarlane represents debtors and creditors in the areas of reorganization, insolvency, receivership, and bankruptcy issues.
He assists individual debtors in resolving financial distress, whether it be relief under Chapter 7, 11, or 13 of the Bankruptcy Code or negotiating a workout with a client’s creditors. He is an experienced researcher of complex litigation, commercial and bankruptcy related issues.
Prior to working on insolvency issues at the Tracy Law Group and the Crocker Law Group, Mr. McFarlane advocated for citizens in need at Fremont Public Association (Solid Ground) and Kittitas County Volunteer Legal Services. He graduated from Seattle University School of Law and is a member of the Washington State Bar.
During his free time, Mr. McFarlane enjoys reading and discussing economic theory, volunteering at the Downtown Seattle Debt Clinic, and spending time with his wife and brothers. He is the proud father of twins.
